The ZSI 475 is an inflatable penile prosthesis for the treatment of erectile dysfunction. It comprises two inflatable cylinders implanted in the corpora cavernosa, a saline reservoir implanted in the pelvis, and a manual pump implanted in the scrotum, allowing the patient to control erection on demand.
